ENROLLING FAMILIES IN NEW HEALTH COVERAGE PROGRAMS
CFGC’s Community Family Center (CFC) has helped families enroll in Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and other health coverage programs for more than 20 years. Our on-site health coverage enrollment service in Northridge reaches out to many families that are eligible for health coverage for the first time. Our healthcare specialists provide presentations at local schools, churches and community centers to educate families about their health care coverage options. CFC also offers assistance with registration. We aim to educate newly insured families about using preventative healthcare coverage so that they have improved health outcomes. Our goal is to make sure as many families as possible take advantage of the benefits of early intervention.
